- Rates at the Biohotel Pennhof are per person/day, including 3/4 gourmet board
- Tourist tax is charged to the guest and is not included in the total price of the stay. The price is € 2.90 per person/day, payable locally and may vary depending on the year.
- Children and young people up to the age of 14 do not pay the tourist tax.
- Bookings are only valid after mutual written confirmation and payment of a deposit.
- Deposits are paid within 3 days.
- The deadline may be shorter for bookings made at short notice.
- If the deposit or period is not respected, the guest loses the right to the reservation and the room can be reassigned.
- The deposit is always about 1/3 of the total price.
- The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or conveniently by credit card via the POS system.
- Surcharge: when occupying a double room for single use, we apply a 25% surcharge.
- Reduction: price per overnight stay/breakfast - reduction of 20 €/adult/day from the half-board price (children's rate on request).
- For an additional bed there is a 25% reduction on the half-board price (children excluded).

- There is no right of cancellation under the Consumer Code, but we guarantee the following cancellation conditions:
- Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
- Rebooking made due to Covid-19, border closures or travel restrictions can be made free of charge.
- Reservations resulting from stay vouchers can be rebooked free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of subsequent rebooking or cancellation, the voucher loses its validity. This does not apply to rebooking related to Covid-19 due to border closures or travel restrictions.
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival, only the confirmation deposit will be retained. If a new booking is made, the deposit will be credited. (Redeemable within 1 year from the last booking date).
- For cancellations with short notice from 29 days prior to arrival, 70% of the agreed total price, minus the confirmation deposit, will be charged.
- In case of late or early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
- Recommendation: take out travel cancellation insurance here.
- Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Code GvD 206/2005
- In the event of last-minute changes to bookings made at least 29 days prior to arrival, only the deposit will be retained as a handling fee.
- Arrival and departure: Rooms are available to guests from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- For late arrivals from 6 p.m. onwards, please contact us by telephone.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee the guest a specific room category, floor, location and room number.

- For pick-up from Brixen/Bozen train station we charge € 60 per ride
- For pick-up from Innsbruck airport we charge € 80 per trip
